Lektronix ha iniziato in modo molto modesto nel 2002 per poi diventare una compagnia multi-miliardaria, ancora oggi siamo riusciti a tenere lo stesso ambiente amichevole di com'era in principio.
Il personale é incoraggiato a conoscere quello di altri reparti anche a livello globale. Incontrarsi di persona é molto spesso piú vantaggioso piuttosto che affidarsi alle email.

Training & Development

Here at Lektronix we have a strong reliance on in-house training and learning through doing. Rather than sit you in a classroom for a week or two and use Powerpoint to show you endless screens and advice, we prefer to coach you as you do the job.

This may seem a little daunting at first, but with the support and help of the people around you including your line manager, you will find that your learning curve soon picks up.

We also aim to develop our people as much as possible. If you join us, you will find that many of the senior managers within the organisation had humble beginnings and have progressed through the ranks. We are always looking for people with the right attitude and potential to take the next step and take the business on with them.
